The DRC is here for you. Starting right now the Denver Running Club is exhaustively compiling an exhaustive list of running tracks in Denver. This list will contain location, public access info, track surface, best times and much more.
While the DRC is spear-heading this effort but encourage everyone to provide input. This project is unprecedented and long overdue. Lets make it a great success!

The DRC Team
Every Friday at 6:30a.m. The Denver Running Club and Balance From Within will be hosting a 60 min training session. Running is a great exercise, maybe the greatest, but we appreciate the need for developing functional strength beyond the dynamics of running. Exercises can be ascended or descedned to meet anyones needs. The exercises will be challenging but all of them will be fun.
The sessions are open format, meaning you can come whenever and leave whenever. You can do all of the exercises or just a few. Anyone, including non-members, are welcome and everything is FREE.
